Vickythefitchick’s Strong at Home Program is a 30 day High Intensity program developed to help you achieve your fitness goals from home. Each day you'll perform a 25 minute circuit of 5 workouts for 30 seconds on, and 30 seconds off during weeks 1-2 and 40 seconds on, and 20 seconds off for weeks 3-4. As an added bonus, VTFC has included her personal grocery list and the simple guide she uses to help calculate her macros to optimize her performance and results! Let’s get it!
